Dorset
is the ideal setting for a holiday with its stunning and varied
landscapes ranging from rolling countryside to miles of sandy
beaches.
All of the cottages are ideally situated for walkers and lovers
of peaceful countryside and the coast, with many walks from
the villages. The South West Coastal Path, which stretches
for 95 miles from St Aldhelms Head near Swanage to Exmouth,
is accessible from all of the properties, with some having
direct access.

The coast and countryside of Dorset
has changed little since the times of Thomas Hardy, with scores of pretty
villages, traditional pubs and miles and miles of breathtaking coastal
scenery.
The unique and dramatic Jurassic coastline is so special it has been honoured
with natural World Heritage status, with UNESCO describing the site as
"an outstanding example, representing a major stage of the earth's
history and the record of life".
